Cannot Access IDaaS After Customizing Domain Name

Symptoms

After customizing the enterprise domain name and replacing the IDaaS built-in domain name, the page shown below appears when accessing.

Possible Cause

The domain certificate has not been filed with Alibaba Cloud.

Solution

Please check whether the certificate has been filed with Alibaba Cloud. If it has been filed, wait 5-10 minutes, refresh, and try accessing again, or contact technical support for assistance.
