Configure WeLink Password-Free Login

This section describes how to configure password-free login for users in the WeLink PC client and mobile APP for IDaaS-integrated applications. After integrating the WeLink authentication source in the IDaaS platform, follow the instructions in this module to configure WeLink password-free login for each application system.

Prerequisites

• You have access management permissions for the IDaaS Enterprise Center.
• You have account administrator permissions for the WeLink Open Platform and have created an application.
• The application has been integrated into the IDaaS platform.
• You have configured the WeLink authentication source in the IDaaS platform.

The example application in this article is an OAuth authentication protocol application OAUTH_1 created in IDaaS. Applicable scope: all self-built applications and pre-integrated applications that perform authentication integration with IDaaS through protocols.

Configure WeLink Authentication for an Application

1. Log in to the IDaaS Enterprise Center platform. In the top navigation bar, choose Resources > Applications. Using the OAuth authentication protocol application as an example, select OAUTH_1, switch to the Login Configuration tab, expand WeLink, and enable the WeLink authentication source that you added earlier.

   

2. Switch to the Authentication Integration tab, select Mounting Address, and copy the application mounting URL.

   

   TIP

   • Mounting Address: Generally, if the application is opened through a PC browser or PC client, it is recommended to access it through the website application mounting address; if the application is opened through mobile H5 or mobile APP, it is recommended to access it through the mobile application mounting address.
     • Website Application: corresponds to the WeLink desktop homepage.
     • Mobile Application: corresponds to the WeLink mobile homepage.
   • Some pre-integrated applications do not support IDP-initiated SSO. Please ignore this step, such as Huawei Cloud and Tencent Cloud.

Configure the WeLink Open Platform

1. Log in to the WeLink Open Platform, find the application you created earlier, and choose Version Management to set the homepage address.

   

Verify WeLink Password-Free Login

1. The user logs in to the WeLink PC client. Under Business > My Applications, find the application created in WeLink and click it to log in password-free.

   

2. The user logs in to the WeLink mobile client, finds the application created in WeLink, and clicks it to log in password-free.
