How to Initiate My Approval

This chapter explains how to initiate your approval in the WeCom app or client.

Prerequisites

• You have already added my application template in the IDaaS platform.

Procedure

Initiate My Application in the WeCom App or Client

1. The initiator opens the WeCom app or client, taps "Workbench > Approval", finds the added template under "Other", and initiates the WeCom approval.

     

2. The approver opens the WeCom app or client, receives the work notification requiring review, and taps Agree.

View Approved Applications in the IDaaS Platform

1. Find the approved application and view the applicant's application account. You can see the account source is "Approval".

   

2. You can view approval records in "WeCom Approval Engine > Callback Logs".

   TIP

   Only approved applications are recorded in the callback logs.
