WeChat Work as Identity Source

This guide explains how to configure WeChat Work as an identity source in IDaaS, synchronizing the organizational structure and user information from WeChat Work into the IDaaS platform.

Prerequisites

• Administrator permissions for the IDaaS Enterprise Center.
• WeChat Work administrator permissions.
• WeChat Work CorpID and related application credentials have been obtained.

Procedure

1. Log in to the IDaaS Enterprise Center, and choose Users > Identity Source Management from the top navigation bar.
2. Click Add Identity Source, and select the WeChat Work identity source type.
3. Fill in the WeChat Work related parameters as prompted, including CorpID, AgentID, Secret, etc.
4. Configure synchronization rules and mapping relationships.
5. Save and enable the identity source to trigger the synchronization task.

Parameter	Description
CorpID	Enterprise ID obtained from the WeChat Work admin console
AgentID	AgentID of the WeChat Work application
Secret	Secret of the WeChat Work application

TIP

• It is recommended to perform a synchronization preview before the first synchronization to confirm that the data mapping relationships are correct.
• If the organizational structure in WeChat Work changes, you can manually trigger an incremental synchronization.
