2haohr Data Synchronization

Overview

This article describes how to synchronize organization and user data from BambooCloud IDaaS to 2haohr, realizing data flow from BambooCloud IDaaS to 2haohr.

Prerequisites

• You have administrator permissions for the BambooCloud IDaaS Enterprise Center platform.
• Your enterprise has been connected to 2haohr.

Synchronization Configuration

BambooCloud IDaaS Configuration

1. Log in to the BambooCloud IDaaS Enterprise Center platform, choose Resources > Applications, and add the pre-integrated application 2haohr. For authentication configuration parameters, refer to the relevant content in 2haohr SSO. Key parameters for application sync integration are as follows.

   

   Parameter	Description
   Enterprise ID	Fill in the enterprise ID in 2haohr. Contact the docking personnel to obtain the corpId.
   Enterprise Secret	Fill in the enterprise secret in 2haohr. Contact the docking personnel to obtain the corpSecret.

2. After configuration is complete, enter the application details, switch to the Authorization Management > Application Account page, click Authorization Policy to enable automatic user authorization, select the user scope, click the Save button, and then click Execute Add.

   

3. After successful execution, switch to the Authorization Management > Synchronization Events page to view the corresponding synchronization event results.

   TIP

   Similarly, you can enable automatic organization authorization and view organization synchronization results.

View Synchronization Results

Log in to the 2haohr management backend to view synchronized user information.
