Yunxuetang Xuanxing Cloud Learning 2.0 Platform Data Synchronization

Overview

This article describes how to synchronize organization and user data from BambooCloud IDaaS to the Yunxuetang Xuanxing Cloud Learning 2.0 Platform, realizing data flow from BambooCloud IDaaS to the Yunxuetang Xuanxing Cloud Learning 2.0 Platform.

Prerequisites

You have administrator permissions for the BambooCloud IDaaS Enterprise Center platform.

Synchronization Configuration

Yunxuetang Xuanxing Cloud Learning 2.0 Platform Configuration

1. Use the administrator account to log in to Yunxuetang Xuanxing Cloud Learning 2.0.

   

2. Go to My Enterprise -> Open Platform -> Create Self-Built Application -> Click the created application -> View configuration parameters.

   

3. Click Permission Management -> Check Personnel Organization Interface -> User and Department to enable permissions.

   

BambooCloud IDaaS Configuration

1. Log in to the BambooCloud IDaaS Enterprise Center platform, choose Resources > Applications, add the pre-integrated application Yunxuetang Xuanxing Cloud Learning 2.0, and configure application parameters. Key parameters are as follows.

   

   Parameter	Description
   url	Yunxuetang service call address, example: https://[open-platform-domain]
   appId	Application app_id
   appSecret	Application app_secret

2. Enter the application details, Application Organization > Authorization Policy, enable automatic organization authorization, select the organization scope, click the Save button, and then click Execute Add to synchronize the organization to the Yunxuetang Xuanxing Cloud Learning 2.0 Platform.

   

3. After configuration is complete, enter the application details, switch to the Authorization Management > Application Account page, click Authorization Policy to enable automatic user authorization, select the user scope, click the Save button, and then click Execute Add.

   

4. After execution is successful, switch to the Authorization Management > Synchronization Events page to view the corresponding synchronization event results.

   

   TIP

   • Position attribute synchronization is not currently supported.
