Shuyun Qilin CRM Single Sign-On
Overview
This article describes how to configure SAML authentication integration between BambooCloud IDaaS and Shuyun Qilin CRM.
Authentication Configuration
Qilin CRM Configuration
Log in to the CRM backend as an administrator and enter System Configuration Management.
Select Login Policy > Third-Party Login > SAML 2.0.

Download the SP metadata.
Add a new SAML 2.0 IDP and upload the IDP metadata. To download BambooCloud IDaaS IDP metadata, visit
https://{your_domain}/api/v1/saml2/idp/metadata.
Configure attribute mapping.

BambooCloud IDaaS Configuration
Log in to the BambooCloud IDaaS Enterprise Center as an administrator. In the Enterprise Center, go to Resources > Applications > Pre-integrated Applications > Add Pre-integrated Application, search for Shuyun, and select Shuyun Qilin CRM.

Enter the authentication configuration, import the SP metadata saved in the steps above, select Name ID, and it is recommended to set it to account name.

Enter the application details, Authentication Configuration > Mapping Configuration, and add 2 mappings.

Enter the application details, Authorization Management > Application Account, click the Add Account button, and select the authorized user.
Login Verification
Two login methods are as follows:
Visit the CRM login address, select third-party login for single sign-on, and you will be automatically redirected to the BambooCloud IDaaS authentication interface. Enter the BambooCloud IDaaS username and password to log in.
Log in through the BambooCloud IDaaS User Center, and click the CRM logo to enter the application.
